Single-girder end beams:

    * Structural Features: Often welded from rectangular steel tubes or steel plates, such as European single-girder crane end beams. Some end beams utilize a special rectangular tube design, molded in one piece, and shot-blasted for a smooth appearance. Wheels are often conjoined, constructed from 45# steel with a black heat treatment throughout. Bearings are typically heavy-duty, sealed.

    * Manufacturing Process: The formed end beams are typically positioned and machined in a single step on a CNC machine to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerances, effectively guaranteeing manufacturing quality and installation precision.

    * Performance Features: Lightweight, attractive appearance, low noise, and flexible transmission. Some end beams feature a cushioned start design, ensuring smooth starting and braking transitions, reducing load sway and harmful inertia.

    * Drive Mode: Typically, electromagnetic brakes and cushioned motors are used, ensuring smooth starting and sensitive braking. Some imported single-girder crane end beams utilize cushioned motors, combined with double-sided wheels with over-bridge gears, for smooth and quiet operation.

    * Limit device: often equipped with a photoelectric limiter, such as the end beam of an imported single-girder crane. Its built-in adaptive photoelectric limiter is compact and can be directly installed inside the end beam. The sensing range is 0-2 meters and can be adjusted arbitrarily, which can replace the original traditional limit switch.
