Combined with a braking system (such as an electromagnetic brake) and limit devices (travel switches), the starting and stopping positions can be precisely controlled, reducing the risk of material drops or collisions. Electric drive replaces manual handling, significantly improving handling efficiency (speeds can reach 0.5-5m/s, depending on the load). Operators do not need to directly touch heavy objects, reducing physical exertion and the risk of work-related injuries. This makes it suitable for high-frequency, long-distance material transfers.
